Samsung have come up with two basic model phones E1117 and E1410. These phones are manufactured basically for the African and Asian market.
Both the phones are from the Guru Series of Samsung.
Both the two phones are slim in size and are sleek to hold.
Both are dual band phones but Samsung E1410 is enabled with GPRS and EDGE.
Both are enriched with 40 Poly phonic ring tones and mp3 tones.
Samsung E1117 donot have a music player. But Samsung E1410 comes with designated music keys.
Both the phones are candy bar phones with a screen of 1.63 inches.
Samsung E1117 have 900Kb inbuilt memory which cannot be expanded. But Samsung E1410 have 4 MB of inbuilt memory which can be expanded upto 2GB.
Samsung E1117 have inbuilt FM radio and Samsung E1410's FM radio is enriched with RDS.
Samung E1410 is enriched with bluetooth facility for data transfer and is also enabled with WAP browser.
Another additional feature of Samsung E1117 is enabled with stop watch and world time feature.
But the wonder feature of both the phones is they give a talk time of 11.5 hours which is huge and enormous and which is not found in any other phone in India.
