While applying Vibuthi

மந்திரமாவது நீறு வானவர் மேலது நீறு
சுந்தரமாவது நீறு துதிக்கப் படுவது நீறு
தந்திரமாவது நீறு சமயத்திலுள்ளது நீறு
செந்துவர் வாயுமை பங்கன் திரு ஆலவாயான் திருநீறே

suntharamaavathu neeru thuthikkappaduvathu neeru

thanthiramaavathu neeru samayathil ullathu neeru

senthuvar vayumai pangan thiruaalavaayan thiruneere

This sloka can be chanted not only while applying Vibuthi but also when some one is ill or is sufferring from severe stomach pain,  chant this sloka and apply it on forehead and on stomach to help them relief from the pains and illness.
