Good Morning - The Good way to start your day

Here in Ghana where I am currently residing, I am greeted by any one and every one even random people who I meet first. These people say the Good morning in a sing song way that brings a smile in your face and it makes your day. The way they say it also makes you reply them. Getting greeted by some one always brings positive vibes and thus the entire day is cheerful. I always wonder why back in India we wish only those whom we know a hello or a good morning or how are you uncle, aunty or what ever and however we address them. We never wish any random person on the road. (When I shared this podcast with people, the comments that I got from a few is that if we do that in India, wishing random people who we meet on the road, in a day or 3 you will be sent to mental hospital - that might be true too). 

Wishing Good Morning - I love the way the small kids wish their teacher when they enter the class room (may be I too would have done the same when I was in school). Good morning is always another form of greeting and also becomes an ice breaker during many formal and informal meetings and gatherings. It improves the communication and initiates a communication too. 

Let us now start wishing other person in any way that we like to do. I have heard people say Ram Ram or Jai Shri Ram in many of the northern parts of India when they cross or meet other people. Which is again another form of Good Morning I feel.

Acknowledging the wishes that we get or wishing some one is a real good manner. Let us all understand that any good thing that is a good mannerism is to be followed to reduce the tension in us and also amongst people. 

Say if you had a fight with your parents or a fight with your spouse or with your kids or with your friends if you are in a hostel or PG,  the previous night, just get up and go to them and wish them good morning the next day you will be ale to see a smile and a spark in their eyes. This always means that you both are trying to mend up the fight. It always brings in the feel of positivity. This brightens our day. Always being positive is not possible but we need not be with a grudge. Getting out of it in any possible way is all we need now a days. Never start a day with a grudge always start it with a cheerful and positive mode. 

If you are staying alone and you have no one to wish too but still you slept the previous night with a grumpy mood, don't worry go to the mirror take a look at it, give a hi fi to your self and wish your self a big Good Morning with a smile and see the transformation of your day.  Even if you don't have a mirror in your room, you always have your phone, open your phone in camera mode, go to the selfie mode and wish yourself a big good morning to pep your day.
