Stress Releiving Facial Massage

This massage can be done for men. This can be done almost every other day or alternate days atleast to releive the day to day work pressure and stress.

How to do?
Wash the face with water and pat dry apply Homemade Milk Cleanser or Oats Face Cleanser. Wipe and pat dry again. In a bowl, take cold water (better to have ice cubes in it so that the chillness does not go off). Dip the fingers in the water and give Facial Massage. This massage can be given using all the 6 type of strokes. This massage can be done for 20 mins and then the face can be wiped clean with soft cloth or soft cotton balls. Keep slices of cucumber on the eyes and relax. This is a great relaxing and stress releiving massage.
