Facial Toners are to be used on face either after applying face mask or before applyinge face mask. Rose water can be used as the base for all the toners. Add essential oils of choice and have to be stored in a clean bottle for about 3 days. Filtering the mixture through a thin muslin cloth or paper towel.
Essential Oils that could be added are Sandal, Chamomile, or essence of boiled green tea leaves.
